Authors are encouraged to submit full papers presenting new research including but not limited to the above-mentioned topics. Submitted papers must not have been published elsewhere, nor be under review by another conference or journal. Full papers will be reviewed by expert referees active in the field to ensure relevance to the conference and high quality.  
Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF and DOC format. Standard templates is as follows:
